2012 Art Summary

Getting this done just in time! XD

Man, 2012 has been a great year for me! I took on some really neat projects, attended several conventions, made a ton of new friends, and I really feel like I've grown a lot as a sculptor. It's hard for me to believe I've been sculpting for two years now. It feels like just yesterday when I found a single block of clay while unpacking in my new house, and decided to play around with it. I would never have guessed the adventure that little piece of clay would lead me on! XD

I've got a lot of plans for the new year, including my biggest convention yet! My main sculpting goals are to work on creating more dynamic pieces, and also venture more into doing human characters. I also want to revamp my pop-out bottle cap sculptures and experiment even more with the amount of detail I can get into them.

I really appreciate all the support I've been given since I started this adventure, I couldn't have gotten this far with out all the amazing people helping me out, giving advice, commissioning pieces, saying kind words, and even just favoriting a piece here and there. It means a lot to know that my art could bring a smile to someone's face.
